1. Monthly Plan
The Arclade Monthly plan is eligible for a refund when a refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial Monthly purchase.
This initial-purchase refund period does not automatically restart with each monthly renewal. After the initial refund period, Monthly charges are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, circumstances specifically approved by Arclade, or where applicable law requires a refund.
2. Yearly Plan
The Arclade Yearly plan is eligible for a refund when a refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial Yearly purchase.
This initial-purchase refund period does not automatically restart with each annual renewal. After the initial refund period, Yearly charges are generally non-refundable and are not normally prorated, except for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, circumstances specifically approved by Arclade, or where applicable law requires a refund.
3. Lifetime Plan
The Arclade Lifetime plan is eligible for a refund when a refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial Lifetime purchase.
A Lifetime purchase is a one-time charge and does not automatically renew. When a Lifetime purchase is refunded, the associated Arclade license may be revoked or deactivated.
4. Initial-Purchase Refunds and License Access
When a full refund of an initial purchase is issued, the associated paid license may be terminated at the time the refund is processed.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions may be canceled to prevent future renewal charges. Unless a refund is separately approved, canceling a subscription normally does not reverse a charge that has already been completed. A customer whose subscription is canceled without a refund may ordinarily continue using the paid license until the end of the already-paid billing period.
6. Renewal Charges
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where applicable law requires a refund, the charge was duplicated, a verified billing error occurred, or Arclade determines that a refund is otherwise appropriate. Customers should cancel before the applicable renewal date if they do not want a subscription to renew.
7. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase or that a billing error occurred, contact Arclade. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
8. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Arclade first when they believe a charge is incorrect so the matter can be reviewed. This does not prevent a customer from exercising lawful rights through a payment provider or financial institution. A chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment may result in suspension of the associated Arclade license while the transaction is investigated.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method using the applicable payment processor. Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional processing time before a refund appears.
10. How to Request a Refund
Refund and cancellation questions may be sent to support@getarclade.com. Include enough information to identify the purchase, such as the email address used for the Arclade account. Do not email complete payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive financial information.
11. Applicable Law
If applicable law provides a refund, cancellation, cooling-off, renewal, or other consumer right that is more favorable than this policy, the applicable legal requirement controls.
