1. Beta Status
Arclade is currently offered as beta software. Beta software is still under development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, compatibility issues, errors, interruptions, or other problems. Features may be added, modified, replaced, or removed as development continues.
By purchasing, installing, or using Arclade during the beta period, you acknowledge and accept the beta nature of the software.
2. No Guarantee of Error-Free Operation
Arclade is provided during beta for evaluation and real-world use, but uninterrupted, error-free, or defect-free operation is not guaranteed.
You should not rely on Arclade as the sole storage location for important documents or other information. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of data that is important to you.
3. Local Software and System Changes
Arclade is designed to operate primarily on customer-controlled hardware. Installation and operation may configure or use Windows features, WSL, Linux environments, containers, local AI software, document-management software, databases, networking components, and other dependencies.
The installer may require administrator permission and may download or configure third-party software required for Arclade to operate. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
4. Internet Connectivity
Although Arclade's document and AI functionality is designed primarily for local operation, an internet connection may be required for account authentication, license activation or verification, installer delivery, dependency or AI-model downloads, updates, email delivery, billing, and optional online services or integrations.
Loss of internet access may temporarily prevent some online account, licensing, installation, or update functions.
5. Local Documents and AI Processing
Arclade is designed so that its primary document library and local AI processing operate on customer-controlled hardware. Normal local document processing is not intended to transmit the contents of your private document library to Dillon Leto merely because you use Arclade.
Data may leave your local system when you intentionally use a feature, integration, support process, or third-party service that requires external communication.
6. AI Output
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or incorrect. AI output should be independently reviewed before being relied upon for financial, legal, medical, safety-critical, employment, regulatory, or other important decisions.
7. Updates During Beta
Beta versions may receive frequent changes. Updates may modify software components, dependencies, interfaces, models, database structures, configuration files, or other portions of the Arclade system.
Reasonable efforts will be made to protect customer data during updates, but customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups.
8. Feedback
You may voluntarily provide bug reports, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback regarding Arclade. By providing feedback, you permit the Operator to use that feedback to improve, develop, maintain, or commercialize Arclade without an obligation to compensate you. You retain ownership of any underlying content that you own.
9. Beta Availability
The beta program may change or end as Arclade progresses toward later releases. Ending or changing the beta program does not eliminate refund rights that apply under the Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
10. Relationship to Other Terms
This Beta Software Agreement supplements the Arclade Terms of Use. If there is a conflict, the more specific provision applicable to the issue will control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
